Tyler Roses

It was such a lovely fall evening this past Monday so we decided to hop in the car and take a tour of the Tyler Rose Gardens.  I'm not sure that there's a very good reason why I haven't been there before ... having lived here for a whole year now ... I surely should have made this a priority!

But in any case ... I'm SO glad we went!  Thousands of varieties of beautiful roses spread over 14 acres of rolling land.  Beautifully landscaped with fountains, ponds, tranquil gardens for meditation and reading, gazebos, arbors and more.  My Oh My ... what a lovely place!

I wasn't prepared for such beauty, so I failed to bring my Nikon ... but even though I had to use the old camera-phone, I think you'll get the idea of what a wonderful place this is.
